ECO Friendly – Sustainable Luxury Packaging & PoP

Sustainable packaging and PoP, our goal

Sustainable Luxury Packaging

Our most innovative proposals are environmentally friendly, because they reduce waste, use the most modern techniques of recycling raw materials, and use eco-friendly production processes.

It is our special way to contribute to the protection of the environment and to express the sensitivity of modern society towards nature.

Some solutions that combine design with technology are an answer to this need.

The foldable cases, for example, represent an excellent opportunity to reduce storage spaces, but above all they allow to reduce the weight and bulk of the shipments. It is a brilliant solution to help reduce CO2 emissions during transport.

The choice of materials and the search for new solutions is also part of our eco-friendly philosophy. A material made with regenerated leather, for example, has a strong ecological value. It gives a second life to tanned leather scraps that would otherwise end up in landfills or destined for the production of fertilizers without receiving any purification treatment.

It is a material available in many colours, finishes, and textures. It can be in all respects considered an eco-compatible product of natural origin.

The use of plastic or recycled paper is another great way to have special consideration for the environment. Like other traditional materials of natural origin, such as linen, hemp, and jute, they can be used in combination with many different elements, providing endless possibilities to stimulate creativity and obtain products with an original and exclusive design.

Carbon Footprint Analysis

The Carbon Footprint represents the emission of greenhouse gases (CO2, CH4, Nitrous Oxide N2O, Hydrofluorocarbons HFCs, Perfluorocarbons PFCs, and Sulphur hexafluoride SF6) attributable to a product, an organization, or an individual. The impact that these emissions have on climate change is measured this way.

The GATTO Group, in collaboration with ANTEO (Ca’ Foscari University of Venice), has carried out a study to verify the carbon footprint of some product families.

This information is used to improve processes, support policies, and provide a solid basis for making informed decisions.
