In compliance with the provisions of the European Regulation 679/2016 (GDPR), below we provide information on the purposes and methods of processing your personal data, on the scope of communication and dissemination thereof, on the nature of the data in our possession and on their contribution.
Purpose of the treatment.
The processing of personal data is aimed at sending invitations and information on events, services and research as well as for administrative and organizational purposes.
Method of treatment.
The treatment will be carried out with the help of the means and IT systems at our disposal that will be adapted to the security measures provided; these data will be processed exclusively by the subjects specifically appointed by us.
In particular, the treatment will be carried out by the staff of our administration and the technical staff as far as they are concerned. Personal data will be kept constantly updated in our database as a result of the information received. No profiling or other automated treatment is carried out.
Scope of communication and dissemination of data in our possession.
The data in our possession will be stored within our organization and will be known only by the persons in charge and will therefore not be disclosed to third parties.

GATTO GROUP has acquired your personal data as it is voluntarily made available to it by the users of the website by sending requests to subscribe to the newsletter, e-mail messages or other circumstances.
Nature of the conferment and right of oblivion.
The provision of data made available to us is optional, through the voluntary completion of online forms or the subscription to services for the activation of newsletters or inclusion in a mailing list to receive information and invitations. Each treatment will be carried out in relation to the consent given knowingly and freely on the basis of this information.
You have the right to obtain the deletion of your personal data and the data controller is obliged to cancel your personal data without undue delay if there is one of the following reasons: personal data are no longer necessary with respect to purposes for which they were collected or otherwise processed; the interested party revokes the consent on which the processing is based and if there is no other legal basis for the processing; the interested party opposes the processing and there is no legitimate overriding reason to proceed with the processing; personal data have been processed unlawfully; personal data must be deleted to fulfill a legal obligation under European Union or the law to which the data controller is subjected.

In the absence of a request for cancellation, the sending of own communications is considered authorized.
